Sentient Brands Holdings, Inc. is the public parent company. Its operating-business focus brings together food-and-beverage manufacturing, supply chain and logistics through AIG-F&B and emergency water and meals through Aqua Emergency.

Reported revenue activities include AIG-F&B wholesale sales and Aqua Emergency product supply. The operating model uses product-specific manufacturing, sourcing and fulfillment relationships. A subsidiary, a commercial counterparty and a licensed product carry distinct rights and responsibilities.

The strategy builds on this commercial foundation while pursuing broader engagement in government, institutional and business markets and opportunities in preparedness, fire, life and safety. These prospective opportunities are evaluated separately for readiness, rights and commercial viability.

Separate ownership from commercial relationships.

The annual report distinguishes Aqua Emergency Nevada from Aqua Emergency Florida, a separate asset-transfer and co-manufacturing counterparty. Third-party production and fulfillment relationships do not establish ownership of a factory, brand or counterparty.

Read reported transactions in context.

The June 30, 2026 report deferred the Wyoming Bears acquisition and control until October 1, 2026. Management confirmed on October 20, 2026 that the transaction remains deferred pending completion of capitalization, liability and balance-sheet restructuring. A completed acquisition is not asserted.
